 The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
  • Website refers to RM Luxe LLC, accessible from www.ChicagoChessEvents.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement that operates between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. RM Luxe LLC does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Our Privacy Policy.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RM Luxe LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party sites.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of RM Luxe LLC and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or $100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. RM Luxe LLC disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting RM Luxe LLC.

Refund Policy

At RM Luxe LLC, we strive to provide exceptional event experiences. Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future events. Eligibility for credit will be determined by RM Luxe LLC on a case-by-case basis.

Policy on Photography and Videography at Events

By entering an RM Luxe LLC event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Your entry constitutes consent for RM Luxe LLC to use such media in perpetuity for promotional, marketing, and other purposes across all platforms. If you do not agree, please refrain from entering the event premises.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
